First of I live in the US, which primarily uses NTSC files (I'm not really familiar with this so bare with me).

I ordered a camera that records with PAL files. (Camera: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...C&Q=&A=details) not knowing there was really a difference.

My question: can I edit photos and videos and render them to Facebook, YouTube and other social media without anything being a problem? I had no idea that you record in different files in different parts of the world

Yeah I'm so confused, I got it in the mail, but it came with a different plug to fit an outlet that's not the normal one in the US, so I ordered an outlet adapter

I think that **** really only matters if you burn to DVD

Otherwise editing software can convert that **** I think

I think it's mostly a tv issue, no? Like for broadcast.

It should be a typical video file for uploading and such. It's been a few years since I've read about the differences tho.

I only knew about it because of importing video games

yeah, I think it's only a problem if u connect your camera to a tv.
