No. Billboard and Spotify just announced a partnership today in which you'll be able to play Billboard's charts on Spotify directly from Billboard's website, and there will be a few new charts that have to do with Spotify activity. It has nothing to do with the Hot 100 formula.

You'd think it'd be impossible, but they just got their highest Tuesday, Wednesday AND Thursday view counts, so if they can keep that up at least through the weekend, then they could easily get a new peak next week again
