Hillary has literally apologized over and over in public about the outcomes of the bill (even though she didn't vote for it). Has Bernie (even though he did)?
They've both said the bill had good and bad points. But I agree, they both ****ed up and should both be held accountable.
There's no excuse for her "super predator" spiel though.
She did at the last debate. At first she try to craft it like she was for the wage being $15 federally, but when Bernie applied the heat, she backtracked and went to her original stance. It was a big of a whiplash moment for me.
Um no she didn't. You interpreted like that. She clearly said what she has been saying.

See, "Super Predators" is held against her, but Bernie on the FLOOR OF CONGRESS after the bill, Bernie called the same group, "DEEPLY SICK AND SOCIOPATHIC." Where is the uproar and outrage? Where are the protesters? The double standard is there, but people stay sleep when it comes to challenging Bernie.
Listen to what she said people. If Congress passed it, would she sign it? She said yes. But that's only if it was thoughtfully carried out and agreed upon by everyone. She said she would much rather push for $12 at first so it can have a better chance of getting passed. THIS IS HER POSITION.
I'm really flip flopping between Trump and Hillary.. I can't seem to choose between the King and the Queen.. But whoever wins the GE amongst these two, America will win either way
Anyone but a communist!

This, this, THIS!
Minimum wage SHOULD be a state issue, and not a federal issue.
Different states have different level of quality of life, so therefore, we need to make sure that every state is on an equal playing field.
I think $12 is a little too much still.. maybe $10 is good.
You've got to know how to play the game. Bide your time and when the moment comes, YOU CEASE IT. That's exactly what she did. Hillary was playing chess while these other chicks were playing a loose and fast game of checkers. She's two moves ahead from CHECKMATE

Oh please. You know good and well that it would've been a mess if Hillary opposed Bill, especially during that time. Both politically and during their many marital scandals.
Oh yeah I know. Hillary did a great job as First Lady, and I think she knew she had to stay aligned with her husband, especially since he was so popular.
I truly believe that Hillary has been setting up her presidential run for pretty much her entire career, but maybe that's just my "conspiracy theory"

And we aren't those countries. But I wouldn't delve into that because it's ran though at this point.
At the end of the day, America can do what it wants. It's the most powerful nation in the world and has every resource possible to figure out a way to make it work.

"I have supported the fight for 15" yet she's going around saying 12
Early on she never even mentioned 15 in debates when asked about it. That's what I mean when I say she flipped on it. She made it seem like she was for it through syntax by leaving out certain words but Bernie caught her that one time.

I'm sorry, but you make absolutely no sense. And you need to be called out for this complete lack of knowledge.
supporting $12 federally and supporting $15 in high-cost areas does not contradict itself... it's like saying "I'm going to brush my teeth 2 times every day" and then saying "I'm going to brush my teeth 3 times today because I'm about to go out for dinner with this hot guy"
edit: i agree that it may be a stretch if she said "I fought for this from the beginning", I'm not too sure on the details there

BLITZER: Secretary Clinton... (CROSSTALK)
BLITZER: You will respond in a moment, but I have to follow-up with Secretary Clinton.
You stood on the stage with Governor Cuomo in support of new legislation to raise New York's minimum wage to $15 an hour. But you do not support raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour.
As president...
(APPLAUSE)
BLITZER: -- if a Democratic Congress put a $15 minimum wage bill on your desk, would you sign it?
CLINTON: Well, of course I would. And I have supported...
(APPLAUSE)
CLINTON: -- I have supported the fight for 15. I am proud to have the endorsement of most of the unions that have led the fight for 15. I was proud to stand on the stage with Governor Cuomo, with SEIU and others who have been leading this battle and I will work as hard as I can to raise the minimum wage. I always have. I supported that when I was in the Senate.
SANDERS: Well, look...
CLINTON: But what I have also said is that we've got to be smart about it, just the way Governor Cuomo was here in New York. If you look at it, we moved more quickly to $15 in New York City, more deliberately toward $12, $12.50 upstate then to $15. That is exactly my position. It's a model for the nation and that's what I will do as president.

Actually I agree with you on this one. I bet she was done with Bill in the 90s, but knew she wanted to run for some office one day. But now I do think they are happily married after years of turmoil.
She's a smart lady, but that has shown to bite her in the ass over the years.
I wouldn't say Bernie tried to hijack the party, Needless to say that despite being an independent he caucused with the dems for decades, fund raised for them in the past and worked with them well for years. It's clear he identifies with them If anything was truly idealistic about his campaign I'd argue it's belief that Democrats behind closed doors have the same values he does of it being a progressive, inclusive party and I'm sure the truth of that has been hitting him in a very big way during his campaign.
Still the fact that he will stay on as a Democrat and will endorse Hillary if/when she gets the nomination I think definitely shows he's still very much a two party guy if for nothing else than concern over diluting the vote and ending up with how people see people voting for Nader resulting in Bush.
So her questioning whether he was a "real" Democrat while not seeming all that harsh seems to be the one attack that has legs. The idea she planted and continues to plant that he an outsider come to destroy the party has fostered a us vs them attitude in supporters. Since New York there's been quite a few variant memes based from Hillary supporters based on Sanders supporters are not wanted/welcome. It's not just the supporters though I'm sure everyone has heard about one of Hillary's staff saying "**** him" and that an organization designed to promote Hillary is claiming to be investing one million dollars into trying to discredit him - a candidate that stands apparently has practically zero chance of beating her.
I've long argued it's Hillary's camp that have done more divide their party due to their frustration some guy showed up and had the audacity to make her work for her preordained coronation and now there should be no question their camp is calling for unity while their actions send off a different signal.
.
That's why I put hijack in " ". Some people are interpreting Bernie as doing that. He is definitely trying to change the Party, no doubt about that, and that's okay.
I don't think Hillary ever claimed to be "inevitable". That was really just the pundits.
