Ridiculous, we are in the 7/27 era. Camila should do her own stuff when the group is nearing the far end of an era or are on hiatus. Her priorities are not sorted out properly if this ends up being true.

It's everyday clearer that either 5H will go separate ways after this record, or Camila will leave / have her "Her Name Is Camila" era. Which is sad considering they still have LOT to achieve before trying to get their names solo out there.
Sure, she's had the hit with Shawn, but that ain't enough. She has the connections, but does she have what it takes to be a solo superstar yet? I personally don't think so.
When will these girls learn that Beyoncé only happened once? And Cheryl isn't the best example.
I honestly have to say that I've started to understand the tension coming from her fellow members more. It's getting annoying at this point - I still will be supporting this song by buying it. But if it flops into oblivion (like 85% of Diplo's tracks do), it'll be well deserved.

Exactly. Camila is probably shooting her in her own foot in the long run though. She is basically trying to build two steppingstones at the same time. Instead of building on with the group and then jump out of the group after a few more albums, she actually tries to basically do both things at the same time. If she continues this way, she might even overestimate and overexpose herself, before she even can release something properly under her own name.
Like I said in past threads, there is a reason a reason why people like JT, Beyoncé,Robbie Williams and even Cheryl made it out succesfully as solo artists and why Nicole Scherzinger did not even ended up releasing her first solo effort.
