this one is difficult since they all have great videos (Taylor stepped it up big time with the 1989 era.)
I'll go with Gaga or Rih.
Katy's vids are super fun and entertaining too but Gaga and Rih's mv's have the right amount of darkness and "avant gard-ness" that I search in visuals. They just really know how to bring their music to life and give it multiple layers with their mv's.
