Muhammad actually allowed his followers to have sex with female captives. The Quran forbids men to have sexual intercourse with other women except one's wives and " those whom your right hand possesses out of those whom Allah has given to you as prisoners of war" (33:50)

Yeah, this is kinda true i guess. There are discussions about it but anyway, rejecting it's penalty isnt death
