Kesha could face Dr. Luke during a deposition in June

Kesha and Dr Luke have had a highly public legal struggle as the singer tried have her contract voided by a judge earlier this year.

Before Kesha attempted to get out of her contracts with Dr Luke via legal methods, her mom Pebe Sebert filed a federal lawsuit against the producer.
Sebert claimed Dr Luke had tormented and abused her daughter. She also claimed he raped Kesha, which caused her to suffer emotional distress and PTSD.
On top of those claims, Sebert said she was told she was allowed to write songs for her daughter’s album, which Dr Luke claims she was and dismissed the allegation saying Sebert is a co-writer on 11 of Kesha’s songs.
Dr Luke claims he never raped Kesha and the mother and daughter have concocted the story to get the singer out of her contract.
