Discussion: Cheat on a test?

If you were in a situation like this....
You were given a surprise test that will be on every single thing you've learned throughout the year. The test is tomorrow and it's already past your bed time, which means you have no time to study. Your friend texts you a link to all the answers to this test. Would you just be a good person and do the test without the answers or cheat?

If this "hypothetical" person is in college I would say don't cheat, just skim over the answers and try to memorize some. Super easy to get caught and risk everything

You would be stupid not to cheat. Besides cheating is easy if youre not dumb about it, I've done it plenty and never been caught. Did it today for astronomy actually, got an A

I've cheated on so many damn test, I wouldn't even hesitate i'd just make sure to get some wrong so the teacher wouldn't get suspicious

I didn't cheat. Because most of the tests were open books so it's useless to cheat

because the questions were out of the syllabus

cheat by memorizing the answers. I've been in this same situation before where the paper we were sitting for the next day leaked the night before. Spent the whole night memorizing and ended up getting super high marks. it was fun to directly memorize answers and not the whole thing for once!
