People have been using it before obviously... but recently, there's a sudden influx of neck choker in red carpets, instagram more so than before etc etc...
It's only a thing for pale & skinny K-pop idols tho. If I wear them my mom would rip it off my neck calling me a fagget

in GOT7, the skinniest one which is BamBam - he's the only one that wears it - it looks cute on him
