Because of the overwhelming love from her UK fans and the major success of T-Shirt in that market, she will be releasing a double sided single, in which Licky will impact the UK 1st, while her other lead single “Impossible” impacts US radio. Licky will follow up as the official 2nd single leading into Summer after “Impossible” in the US.

Licky is hot! I like it. But can she pierce through her aura of flopness surrounding her?

So Licky WILL be released in the US? That's good... But honestly it should have been the first single. It's all politics with radio. If you keep delivering flop songs back-to-back, the artist gets a stigma attached to them and their songs just won't get played even when they sound like smashes. "Licky" would have easily broken this cycle for Shontelle but I'm afraid it might be too late if "Impossible" flops in the States.

she had 3 singles from her debut, I think that's fair enough.... besides... I think it's better they saved the money and spent it towards the next project (being her next album)

I can't wait. I loved her first album. I just hope her record label aren't trying to make her a clone of Rihanna. Shontelle needs to be seen as an individual, not some copycat of any other artists.
