After colonialism fell in the 1960's, the western nations who benefited greatly from their colonies only ended colonialism on PAPER
When the newly formed nations sought to elect leaders who wanted the best for their nations these leaders were either killed or exiled, TRUTH!!!!
European nations have purposefully destabilized the M.E and Africa because what they are most afraid of are free thinking independent nations that won't bend over for their B.S
Don't tell these nations to build themselves up and stop being lazy when theyve tried that for YEARS. You know the truth stop ignoring it period. This migrant crisis was years in the making and you know what I couldn't give a single **** about European nations and their 'victimhood' lmao cry me a river.

That's not true. I'll just give you an example that I know of : Kofi Yamgnane, a French-Togolese politician :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGBuTydNyhg&t=0m20s
Journalist : What has Togo done in 50 years ?
Kofi : I can say that, Togo, my country of origin, has done nothing in 50 years. It's 50 years for nothing. Because today, the older people in the villages - I have had the opportunity to go around in villages in Togo - the older people they say : "Kofi, it was after all better when the white people were here". It's extraordinary as an admission of failure. "It was after all better when the white people were here. In our clinics we don't even have one bottle of mercurochrome, the white people gave us some. We were vaccinated, we no longer are. Schools worked, there are no more left. There were runways which were taken care off, there are no more left." It's really...When we see that we want to cry..
Also, personal anecdote, my father's cousin is married to an Algerian and his parents, in their late 80s now, both regret the time of colonization as they believe independence has only allowed religious extremism to prosper in their home country. It's actually something quite common among the older and more educated crowd.
The reality is that, at least as far as France is concerned, colonization
costed more money than it actually brought in.
