I'm pretty sure this wasn't posted already, but if so, then it can be deleted.
Apparently No Doubt, whose new CD comes out sometime this year, is sueing Activision because in the game Band Hero, you can play as the band as your avatar to different songs, not just their catalog. This was unauthorized by the band, and you can understand it's not OK if Gwen is singing to, example, Rolling Stones, with a male voice.
Hopefully the whole case will be cleared up.
