Even on this "most entrys on the Hot 100" thing she would have at least 10 songs more with being on Spotify.

No the numbers from today are for the same tracking period that Billboard uses.

So yeah One Dance is a very strange outlier. No idea why Billboard has it that high. The difference between mediabase and soundscan isn't quite as high on new songs / songs with low AI, but weird that for this 1 song both are equal.
