It's happened to me so much that I don't find it scary anymore. I just lay there and wait for it to be over. Sometimes I can feel it coming on so I just wake up and change sleeping positions.

omg!! IT FINALLY HAPPENED LAST NIGHT!! all these years reading about it and wanting it to happen to me It felt so weird and scary evn tho I knew it wasn't real and there was a thunder storm
it talked to me.. I asked who it was and said I'm mary, then it laughed and whispered in my ear, then I saw the face and it was tall bald man and then it said it was a demonio it spoke Spanish and English. I don't want this **** to happen to me EVER again I couldn't sleep at all after that.
I've had it several times but I think the ultimate worst was when I had a feeling I was gonna have sleep paralysis. Fell asleep, and I can't explain it but you know when you close your eyes and you can see colours? Like if you were sleeping under the sky for instance, you can see the light of the sky?
Well, I saw orange. Flames. It felt so real. Smoke. I heard my mum screaming and my sisters panicking and I thought my face was gonna be ruined.. I thought we weren't gonna make it... I thought nobody was coming for me. I was so scared I tried to wake up but I couldn't and then I did and it was just silence.
That's how mine started I tried sleeping on my back(I never do) cuz I just cant but yesterday It worked... it started with my head spnning and seeing like a spiral it was bright colors and it was moving in circles idk it was weird af then it happened and that thing whatever it was was @ my door. The weird thing is that my door was closed and when this happened it was open. It said I left my front door open that how it came in. When I finally got up the door was closed
My body feels exhausted tho... I feel drained and my back hurts is this normal?

Gurl you just had a nightmare lol. That's not a sleep paralysis.

i've never experienced sleep paralysis but i'm guessing that it's from sleeping on your back.
