For that she's probably going to have to skip Lush Life in the US.
Why not strike when the iron is pretty hot and she has already some hits in countries. Countries will probably be 3 singles into the era before the album eventually comes She always could have released a small album in June and an other one late this year or even Q1 2017.

The album was close to release so she will have something that she can release to Oceania/Europe in the meantime.
Then once Lush Life is done in the US she can release a new worldwide single. Presumably it will be the Max Martin or Stargate track and that will launch the album.
