Right now NYC and there is no comparison. I'm not sure why the US doesn't treat it like the capital of the world. The subway system needs serious upgrades. Also many of the buildings are dilapidated and need modernizing to at least restore the insides and add some things like central air and heat.....fixing foundations etc...Also the cost of living needs to be addressed.
Lol @ New York, not even a real capital, culturally and politically irrelevant, the only thing it has is business.
Media is also in NY. Tech is also in NY. When tech companies look for places to expand they come to NY. TBQH you haven't hit the big time until you are successful in NY.
