Confirmation was extremely depressing and infuriating to watch. If Joe Biden's depiction was completely accurate, no wonder he's so anti sexual abuse now because he didn't use his full potential to fight against Clarence Thomas.
That's the one thing that truly pisses me off about Democrat representatives, they are much more likely to play fairly and try to compromise while you have Republicans that are willing to chain themselves to a cause to win. I wish Democrats were that stubborn sometimes.
Also putting my final estimate at a 12% difference in favor of Hillary. New Yorkers are very loyal and the ones straying are likely to be transplants (which is ironic considering Hillary is a transplant and Bernie is a native) who do not know or understand how much good she did for our state.
If Bernie can keep his NY loss under 10 points, I'd be happy. Not getting my hopes up though. His ground operation in NY over the past week and a half has been amazing though and hopefully it makes a difference.
It would be even better if it was a Michigan situation though and he managed to win. But his stance on Israel likely cost him a lot of the older Jewish vote.
The one saving grace for Bernie in NY might be that the youth vote isn't as reflected in the polls since it's harder to poll younger people. I just hope they registered and actually show up.
To be honest, regardless of his stance on Israel, he is not the kind of person New York Jews vote for. NY Jews are more moderate and some likely leaning Republican.
When it comes to his younger voters, a lot of the ones here for college probably already voted through an absentee ballot for their state (if at all) because they are not New York residents so I don't see even his biggest demographic being significant enough.
Bernie needs to win by 10-20 points not lose by that much (which is most likely to happen)

I admire the passion on their end but it's kind of infuriating knowing the fact that people I associate with are supporters. I try to draw out the BernieBros by posting positive Hillary news frequently and see if they react negatively.
It is a waste of time and money though, I want Hillary to use my money for the general election, not against Bernie, especially it's likely he won't be using his earned money to help her in the GE.
