It's called branding. Taylor Swift (yes, her OWN name) is one of the biggest brands of USA now, even genius like Kanye West uses her name to sell music.

As a superstar, covering Vogue (including the article) is nearly the most important event. As important as the album to her as a musician. They are very professional.
