It'll certainly be a lot harder to get #5 if it doesn't do it this week. One Dance is coming FAST and could be Top 5 as early as next week if its streaming jumps now that it's on Spotify. That would mean that even if we passed ITAPII, we'd still be #6. So to get #5, we'd have to pass either NO or Work. Either one is possible, but my main concerns are that we're closing the gap with NO quite slowly, and Work is falling quickly but still has a really big lead on us. It'll basically just depend on how long WFH can keep these numbers up - if it can maintain them for a few more weeks while airplay rises, I can't see it not going Top 5.

Well it's not like the chart contributes to the Hot 100 which formally combines multiple versions. The Global Spotify chart is a huge chart, so it'd be amazing for Work From Home to hold the #1 spot even if it technically isn't the most played song when combining multiple versions.
