Rihanna only keeps outdoing herself with every era, Gaga is in continuous decline.
Anti world tour is eating Artrave's worldwide numbers for breakfast.
I would be clinging to 2009-2010 numbers too.

It's hard to say. Gaga's last tour did moderately ok. ANTI tour has had to downgrade and has struggled to sell tickets in arenas. Not a good sign. Gaga has a bigger gross though. It's hard to say.

Plus just because you decline doesn't mean you're going to decline forever, just as you won't always earn more forever.
As it stands right now, Gaga is the bigger touring act.
But if she doesn't bounce back this next time, it's Rihanna.
