So I saw the queen last night and I had an incredible time singing and dancing with her. Her dancing was so on point - I was actually so impressed with that and the way she worked the entire stage.
Some negatives:
- She cut Woo. I don't think it was her fault but more so with the fact that the cat walk didn't work
- I feel the set list order could have been better - first half she's so upbeat and dancing and the latter it's like a whole different show - mixing it up woulda been better
- Too short!!
Thank god I get to see her from the 2nd row on the floor tomorrow to relive it. It went by so quickly.
ALSO.
A weird highlight of mine was the We Found Love/How Deep is Your Love remix. Her dancing was SO ON POINT. Also Love on the Brain vocals ****ing blew me away.
uh girls i wanna go again but kinda broke. I agree, it felt like it was too short, but in the greatest way possible because it meant she did her thang the whole time. Uh her stage presence. Everything.
Ugh, I really wanna upload my videos onto YouTube, but I don't want them to get snatched. Recording a song or two over 3 (tonight 4) you realize you basically recorded the entire show
i posted this in the rih base thread but i think belongs here more:
hey friends.
so this was my concert experience. i went to yesterday's show in toronto. the show was good, i loved the aesthetic she had going and the costumes were great and complimented the stage and dancers so well. the dancers were fantastic and i loved watching the vogue. now the part that i got annoyed with is the catwalk was cut for us; she walked through the crowd instead. on top of removing the catwalk, she didn't sing woo or pose. truthfully, pose, kiss it better, and work were the three songs i was really hyped to see. so to see pose being cut was annoying. the last bit on rih's behalf is that the concert feels a little short. she could of easily added a few more songs or sang more of the ones she performed. the concert goes by way too fast.
now, drake is a little bitch. the whole arena was going AWF when work came on and everyone was dancing and singing; it was the one song you could see everyone singing and dancing and just getting hyped. drake never ****ing showed when his punk ass was with her the night before celebrating mel's birthday. so that heiffa was in toronto. everyone's face when work finished and drake didn't come on was priceless. everyone looked pretty annoyed. we know drake isn't obligated to show at someone elses show. however, drake always does and given it was rih, i thought hands down he'd show (especially for the first show more than the second show). boy was i wrong lol.
all in all i had a good time, my best friend and i just got toasty and we just enjoyed the night.

The We Found Love/How Deep Is Your Love mix is so I've been obsessing over it since the beginning.
I was totally kidding about them caring, I was going to add 'Don't they know that ATRL has dragged her'.
These are on the floor, literally the ones beside me that I had last night. They're good spots, especially since she walks through the crowd on this side.
