Rihanna is on her ANTI tour Gaga probably will tour next year both touring artists of this generation. Which one is the bigger touring act?

Gaga declines with every tour ($220 million > $180 million > $80 million > $15 million). This isn't the case for Rihanna.
Also the ANTI tour will probably end up grossing more than any Gaga tour ever. The answer is obvious.
