Love the colorful yet modern take on the Ditko costume (the eyes are amazing! finally they're expressive), love the title card, love the direction they're going with this reboot. It's clearly geared towards comic fans, or made by comic fans.

Absolutely hated the last two Spiderman movies. Terrible. Everyone looked 30, everyone sounded 30. Everything was so badly represented.

I feel like this new film will be a little more like Raimi's Spiderman as far as tone, with a younger cast, but will look like an MCU movie. Excited for this.

Andrew Garfield is the best Spiderman tho .

Again, it's because they need a younger and newer actor to maintain continuity with the Avengers in the MCU. Toby is far too old for this. Plus the universe Toby comes from, there's not a peek or a mention of the Avengers which is a continuity issue. (And Toby is basically a flop nowadays so there's no point in trying to reboot his career anyway).

It's basically when Spider-Man is barely 16 when he first joins the Avengers; Garfield is getting too old for this role as well. And Spidey has barely been around for a year in the MCU so it's a perfect fit with Tom Holland (and I'm pretty excited based on the reviews; sounds like he's the best version of both Spidey and Peter).

No doubt about that. Most will agree with on that.
