Katy Perry’s involvement with the fight against YouTube may be counter-intuitive considering how much money she has made from streaming services, from her YouTube music videos and the ads attached to them.
The news comes comes after Katy Perry signed a petition to get the 1998 Digital Millennium Copyright Act – which gives broad protection to YouTube and other services that rely on user-uploaded content – overturned.
