Where is the lie? DC has not built a good foundation for the DC Cinematic Universe - and so it will fall.

I think they should've focused on expanding outwards from Arrow & The Flash (although they're messy AF - so is Supergirl) because there's more groundwork being laid there.

The problem too is while DC has bigger names than Marvel, Marvel has more potentially interesting characters to work with.
