Just curious, I haven't taken statistics, but instead of solely hating rich white men and assuming complete racism/sexism in our society...
...Can't it be because women are less likely to be ambitious for higher positions in general, and in this instance, latino women -- aren't they more likely to work for lower wages/be content with doing lower paying types of jobs because its just accepted within the American-Mexican culture, to work those jobs to support their family, especially if they are newly immigrated?
Would it increase if they weren't content with those jobs?
If they obtained an education/degree and sought after higher paying positions/positions of power, would they still have that enormous inequality?
Latina woman truly are the worst off among female employees. 
As though earning 20 cents less than your male counterpart should be disregarded just because another minority group earns less 
what a disgusting comment. ALL women should get equal pay for equal work. That includes WHITE women.
