New London skyscraper in the works, "The Toothpick"

Over the past few days, plans for London’s first wooden skyscraper have been presented to Mayor of London Boris Johnson after researchers claimed that natural materials were ‘vastly underused’. Researchers said that they aware of the fire risk of wooden structures, but claimed all their designs would meet or exceed current fire safety regulations. Currently, the world’s tallest timber building is a 14-floor apartment block in Norway, which would be dwarfed if these plans go ahead.
poor London, such boring sky line and the only thing going for it is that clock which is overated to begin with.
Are you referring to a lack of skyscrapers? Skyscrapers are ****ing ugly. Skyscrapers are the main thing I dislike about New York. They don't look good at all. It makes me feel claustrophobic just looking at it.
The skyline in London is beautiful though. I suggest you visit one time.
