They ship internationally, but their Target Exclusive Editions are not available outside of the US for unknown reasons

The only options for international customers who want the 2/3 bonus tracks is to buy the Japanese Special Price Edition from CDJapan, buy the Target edition on eBay or use a shipping company like Borderlinx.

Why hasn't the Deluxe edition of Dangerous Woman been updated on iTunes with explicit tags?

Do you think Ariana will give us two more explicit songs for the Target/Japanese Special Edition? Or do you think 5 explicit songs is enough?

And Amazon Japan states that when the special price edition sells out, that's it, it won't be able to be purchased any more

I have a feeling that the Nicki Minaj collab will probably be explicit as Ariana did Get On Your Knees which was explicit, why oh why did she collaborate with Future of all people, I cannot stand him, he sounds so ****ing autotuned I'd also say that the Macy Gray collab won't be explicit, leaving 3 songs which are solo explicit songs, 5 solo explicit songs if she decides to add more explicit songs in the Target/Japanese Special Price edition, I have never been more excited about an album in many years. Would Moonlight have been explicit if she never changed the title or was this Ariana's plan all along?

I feel like they will push her singles to Urban this era (even DW was sent there) so the collabs make sense if you see it that way. Plus it was rumored that Ari/Nicki would be working together all last year.

Ariana has lost her pre-teen audience hasn't she? She lost them in 2014 when she released My Everything, there's no way in hell her songs cater to pre-teens now.

Explicit tags are now there for the Deluxe version on iTunes, still no cover change though.

In most cases the Target Editions are the same as the international deluxe these days. Even those editions can't be ordered by people outside of the US. The international Edition of Gwen's album even had an extra track in comparison to the Target Edition. So yeah there is really no clear reasons to block international consumers from buying their editions. This will be one of the few special occasions Target actually will deliver a special edition with track that can't be bought by international consumers (beside Japan).

I've been listening to Leave Me Lonely so much today. I think it will be one of the highlights on the album! I hope it gets single treatment (doubt it) or at least an awards show performance like Tattoeed Heart. Beautiful song, heartbreakingly relatable lyrics, amazing vocals!
