honestly i kind of agree. like there aren't a lot of issues that make me seriously angry (irritated sure, but not outright angry), but this is one of them. you're putting people's lives at risk. same with people who drive drunk. it's not okay.

I rear-ended a trunk when I just started the engine, and I stupidly didn't call the insurance at once because the damage LOOKED minimal and I was in a hurry . So I paid a lot for the lesson in return. UGH.
