I don't think I'm around any Republicans anymore other than my extended family. And my Tea Party supporter grandmother gives me enough to deal with when I have to sort through her mail. The amount of "We can't let Hillary Clinton into the White House!" and "We must sue President Barack Hussein Obama!" and "We must defend ourselves from the March of SOCIALISM!!!" letters that she gets in the mail that I have to sort through daily is enough Republicanism for me, thank you very much.

My mom has me throwing away all of those letters if I catch them, my grandma is not well anymore and she's paying them money that she does not have to give away. The way the letters get more and more violent the longer you stop replying.. yeah.. I really don't think I'm ever going to be voting Republican. They sent her a letter with the Grim Reaper decorated all over the envelope.

Republicans are the worst. I really wonder how that party dynamic will be after Trump.

Late, but don't ruin fun. The comments all over the web are great re "Colored People Time" joke.

I'm having a hard time thinking that there were Black people on the staff of either side that played a part in writing that joke and yet no one stepped in and said...."umm....maybe we shouldn't...". I'm a little shocked at Hilary though. She should be smarter than this. This seems like one of those caught-on-video moments you see where dumb blond white girls are saying ignorant things. A bit surprising to see a former Secretary of State say such a stupid thing.

Not surprising at all! The woman has **** judgment. Did you all see Obama having to acknowledge the stupidity of her using her personal e-mail yet having to defend her at the same time in his Fox News interview?
I pray the FBI releases a scalting report on her dumb self and we get Biden2016.

Was the entire joke prepared before hand? It seemed like maybe(?) it was off the top of their heads... I'm not sure
EDIT: It was a skit, omg

Alba I. Keus had a great sense of humor and an even better sense of social justice, according to her family.
That’s why the 86-year-old’s dying wish was that no one vote for Donald Trump if the Republican front-runner makes it to the general election come November, the family said.
In Keus’s death notice, which was posted online last week, the Lynn resident’s family wrote that “Alba’s request would be that you do not vote for Donald Trump.” The request was made in lieu of flowers, said Andrea O’Neill, Keus’s daughter.
“She lived her life as a Democrat,” said O’Neill. “And she always taught us that you have to fight for people who can’t fight for themselves.”
Keus passed away Thursday. She leaves nine children, including O’Neill, as well as 17 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, according to the notice on the Solimine Funeral Homes website.
O’Neill said her mother’s disdain for Trump was twofold: As the daughter of an Italian immigrant, Keus believed that everyone should be welcome and treated fairly in America. O’Neill said her mother always felt that “you have to include everyone.”
“We all came from somewhere else, and if you are going to lock the gates and label certain people, it’s kind of a little Nazi-ish,” O’Neill said, describing her mother’s political views.
Trump has been under fire during his bid for the presidency for comments about building a wall at the US-Mexico border, deporting immigrants, and banning some Muslims from entering the country.
O’Neill also said her mother was upset by Trump when in November the White House hopeful made fun of Serge Kovaleski, an investigative reporter with physical disabilities.
O’Neill’s sister was also born with disabilities. So for Keus, that was the last straw.
“She flipped,” said O’Neill. “She was, like, ‘If any of my children or anyone I know votes for him, I will come back and haunt you.’ She was pretty vehement about it. She was very, very angry.”
People have responded online — some favorably, some very unfavorably — to Keus’s request.
“I will not vote for Donald Trump, and now I will not in honor of your life,” one person wrote on the funeral home’s website.
One commenter said he or she would vote for Trump because the front-running Democrat, Hillary Clinton, would be worse.
Joel Solimine, owner of Solimine Funeral Homes in Lynn, said every once in a while a unique notice is submitted by family members of the deceased.
“But I believe this person requested it themselves,” he said.
O’Neill said she didn’t know who her mother would have voted for, whether Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton. But O’Neill said that getting people to not vote for Trump was her mother’s way of campaigning for the Democrats.
“If she could have been out campaigning, she would have,” said O’Neill. “She would be very happy right now,” knowing her death notice has gone viral.
“People are doing for her what she couldn’t do herself,” said O’Neill.

My roommate is so deadset on writing in Bernie in the general when Hillary and Trump are the nominees. I'm going to shoot myself.

Mess CPT is a joke. It wasn't even meant to be rude. Hill will still have the black and Latino vote.

Prior to this election Bernie wasn't even the most notable current Senator from his own state (hey Patrick Leahy).
