The All About That Bass chart-topper has generously given the X Factor judge a saucy track called Sugar Daddy, written when she was only 16, to help rescue the singer’s much-delayed second album.
In an exclusive chat, Meghan revealed: “I’m constantly trying to get a cut with Rita Ora.
“Because I’m friends with her I’m like, ‘Do you like this one?’ I have so many extra songs in the catalogue.
“She likes this one I did called Sugar Daddy. I wrote it when I was so young. I was 16 and I didn’t even understand the concept.
“But I sung her this hook and she was like, ‘I like that!’ It came out great and her voice sounded so cool on it.”
