The only tour where she performed with no new music was the OTR tour and unless you saw her during the second leg of the MCSWT then you still got newly performed songs.

So in 5 years when she comes back with an amazing tour promo but no new albums, you're just not going to buy a ticket and have it be sold out by the time she decides she wants to release some music too? She's the performer of her generation. She could just perform B'Day and I'd be happy.

Idk what's wrong with me but I'm legitimately not excited about the concert because the album fear is overshadowing it. I may literally cry a quick little minute if my date rolls around with no album

We need to stop speculating and assume we know what she's doing all the time and then holding her accountable to what we thought she would or should do. That's why there were so many meltdowns during 2013. She never promised us anything, I don't know why anyone has to expect it.

Plus we already know she's going to perform Formation so you're getting new music on stage !

I don't care what YOU will stand for, I'm talking about what I will stand for. I got no new songs during MCWST and I didn't care for the 4 new songs she performed for during OTR. But say she doesn't perform any new songs during FWT, why should/would that be acceptable?

Of course, she never guaranteed an album, but still. To tour the same songs for about three years in a row is a slap in the damn face. There's no substantive gap between tours that would say doing so is acceptable. If there was like 3 to 4 years between tours, and she is semi-retired, that's fine. But she's not semi-retired and it hasn't been 3 to 54 years between her last tours.

When you perform a new single at the Super Bowl and launch a tour with a commercial featuring ANOTHER new song people are going to assume you're releasing an album.

She had never toured 4’s songs though. You got that on the MCSWT.
Then she added new ones later.
Then she did them all on the OTR but totally revamped it by having Jay with her. I think it's her best tour as a single piece. The transitions, the interludes, etc were so well done.

But ya, you're right. You can stand for whatever you want I guess. Just don't complain when the next tour is sold out but you didn't buy your ticket because she didn't say if she was having an album or not.

I duno, I suppose I see her for different reasons. I see her for her talents, to see what she does best in person, in front of my eyes not just on a computer screen.

I just saw Bey @ the Georgia Dome not that long ago. I have the right to be pissed if the hops up there and performs the same damn songs again.

None of this would be confusing and we wouldn't be as agitated if she communicated better with her fanbase.

When you perform a new song in a Pepsi commercial, perform at the Super Bowl, launch a tour with a commercial featuring a new song, tease the world with a buzz soundcloud single, perform a new song in an H&M commercial, people are going to assume that you’re releasing an album.

But should we not have learnt from this experience and realize that this whole process could be repeated? I know as a fan it’s annoying but it’s not hard to manage your expectations if you know the history.

As long as I'm paying MY money, I'm going to complain about whatever the hell I want to. Why the need to debate my feelings over the lack of information. Keep it to yourself. No one is in the mood to be told to just deal with it because it's Bey. A lot of us paid a **** ton of money. A lot of us expect new music for the tour. A lot of us will be upset if we don't get it. A lot of us will most likely be in here fuming. Deal with it. Our money = our opinion.

It doesn't help that you have fan accounts spewing on about new music being performed and the album def. coming before the tour. I will never take seriously unofficial tea, especially from TBH. If the album isn't out within the next two weeks, they're going to become even more unofficial.

I won't utter another bad word about her if the album comes then. My complaints are about what could be. TBH, she could drop the album tomorrow and I would forget what I'm mad about. But right now, today, a bitch is pissed at the pettiness that is Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter.

Also pissed because IP is cute as hell, but I won't be buying one single item until I get the album. She's really forcing my hand.
