Of course, but they're usually a few days long. This is 3 weeks so a significant chunk of movie gets changed. I don't think it's because of Deadpool. More likely BvS.
If the reshoots are indeed for action sequences, then 3 weeks makes sense. They aren't as easy and quick to shoot.
