Anyways I'm not surprised if Toby did turn out to be guilty. People have always reported him to act differently at conventions and that it's possibly that he's a drug addict, so it isn't far off for him to have drugged the girl.

We're not dismissing the claim, we're a little put off by the fact that instead of reading a police report, we're reading a Tumblr post that starts with "trigger warning"
If you're "triggered" by rape, drugs or violence because something bad involving one of those happened to you (or you're just really uptight) you need to see a shrink. Avoiding every little instance of the uncomfortable is not going to help you heal, it's not going to help you grow, and it's not going to last forever. You'll hit the wall at some point and then what are you doing to do?
But back to this lady, she needs to press charges.
