Hitting students is never okay, it's illegal and also banned by universal standards. Even disagreeing with that is sickening and unacceptable, I am so intolerant of opposing opinions on this issue.

She shouldn't be teaching students if she is not fit enough to handle situations like this. If he was being annoying or making trouble, call security and have him removed from the class room. If it continues, take him out permanently. It happened before in my school whenever a student was misbehaving. Handle it like an adult. Don't stoop down to his level (as you can see when she mocked him).

if a teacher EVER put their hands on my kid I would beat the **** out of them. send them to the dean's office, put them at the back of the classroom, or have them escorted out of the classroom if they're being disruptive, but don't ever put your hands on them like that
