Why should she? She may have said something she regrets or maybe even something she doesn't agree with anymore. Not only is that wrong and unfair, it also puts her at a disadvantage if she gets the nomination going into the general election, particularly when the Republican candidate hasn't released any of their private speeches. Bernie really doesn't give a damn about the Democratic Party, does he? I wouldn't be surprised if he endorsed Donald Trump.
It's just stupid. And no, it doesn't mean that her speech was 'Shakesperean like' merely because she got paid a lot of money. She would have got payed loads of money even if it was the worst speech in the world. They wanted the former SOS to come speak to their stakeholders, etc. It's common sense. It's also not right for people to make her feel bad for receiving that money. ANYONE would accept that kind of money to speak. You can lie through your front teeth and say you wouldn't, but I certainly wouldn't believe you.
Also, who's to say there is any transcript? But that's beside the point. People act like Bernie is so innocent and that he has never been bought or done anything for money. I mean, it's just funny at this point, but I digress.
