He hasn't asked me to go to the cinema with him never again
omg that serotonin thing is so stupid. serotonin increases energy, it's not a "feel good chemical". it helps people with depression because the lack of serotonin causes them to have no energy, which is a major factor in depression. if your problems are caused by difficulties in your life and your level of serotonin is average then it won't help you.
also, excess serotonin can give you serotonin syndrome, which can kill you.

I think I experienced sleep paralysis again this morning, I felt like I was dying. I couldn't breathe or move, chest was tight. In my head it was like I knew I was sleeping but then it dawned on me, no you're actually dying. All I could do in the end was wiggle my toe and I eventually woke, ****ing scary
My dogs piss & **** has been sitting on my bedroom floor for the past hour, it's really starting to stink, but it's not even 7am here, i'm too lazy to go pick it up
