Sometimes I do sometimes I don't. Like if she's old and it's obvious she sees me yeah I'll give it up but sometimes I'll just pretend to nap and avoid eye contact for a few more stops hoping some more people get off.
If I can avoid it then I will. I mean I don't want to be rude but I'm in school 5x a week usually from 8AM-6PM and I'm ****ing tired at the end of the day. I'm not about to lug my heavy bag onto my shoulders so some old person can sit for two steps before getting off.
OT: I was so focused on studying the day before a huge exam on the metro (subway in America?) and this old woman taps me on the shoulder and I looked up and gave her the dirtiest look ever. She looked at me and pointed at the seat and I was like "I don't need you to touch me" before wiping the spot of my jacket she touched and getting up dddd.
Under NORMAL circumstances where I'm not sleep deprived from school then I don't mind giving up my seat.
Smh one time I was on my period and my stomach was really hurting and I didn't wanna give up my seat so bad and some old lady was starring @ me.
NGL, I avoid eye contact. But I do give up my seat to old people, disabled people, pregnant women, or a mother with a wild kid. One time this old lady told me to get up
