For me :
1989 is ruined by OOTW, everything has been great in chart, then she released promotional single as single (and from previous eras, it never worked) and it caused other song which has more potential didnt get proper treatment it should

I am a fan of Unapologetic era too. Although I didnt like Diamonds that much, the entire era's single pick was ok, then she released Right Now, an uninspiring EDM track which sounds like a reject. It doesnt deserve to stand with Diamonds - Stay - What Now - Pour It Up - Love Song imo

Out of the Woods comes to my mind, instantly.

I agree. She was having a serious momentum going on there. First time in her career all three singles went top 10 on #Hot100, I Wanna Go turned out to be her biggest song ever on radio, and then she decided to release Criminal (Drop Dead) Beautiful and Inside Out werre the smashes that got away, she could have had her biggest era ever.

Prism, it's not really perfect or really ruined but Birthday & TTIHWD were just wrong single choices.

The Best Damn Thing, Runaway should've been the second single instead of WYG. +Hot & TBDT were bad single choices.

Let Go, Avril should've released ABO or TINS instead of Losing Grip.

This was the perfect choice to lead the re release and debuted at #1 so hardly 'ruined' the era

22 murdered Red era. Like, WANEGBT, Begin Again and IKYWT were smashing in August 2012-February 2013 then Taylor released 22 and it underperformed and following singles underperformed also.

A seventh (or w/e) single really can't ruin anything anymore. It's only natural that at some point a singles streak from one and the same album runs out of steam.

I also didn't feel like Right Now being a single ruined anything. Most people didn't notice it was one, so. However, I thought it was a crying shame that she only properly (including vids and all) released ballads and mid-tempos (minus PIU) from an album called Unapologetic.
