Play some sort of musical instrument or do some sort of artistic activity

Make them specialize in one certain thing, whether it be a sport, instrument or hobby.

to get an education. and I'm willing to compromise to make it happen (ie home schooling)
also inspire them to have a passion such as music or sports like some have already mentioned

Not be ignorant and clock them when they do

Drugs.

But in all seriousness, I wouldn't "force" them to do anything.


My #1 goals would be to encourage them to be themselves, and live freely, happily, on their own terms.

I think the only thing I'd force my children to do is be honest with me tbh.
I don't care if they smokin' or drinkin' or sexin'...but if they don't tell me they're doing it then we'll have a problem.

This is teenagers obviously.
For little kids, I'll force them to do everything because they're tiny children incapable of making decisions properly. If it was up to most kids it'd be lollies + cartoons all day errday.

Let them experience important cultural and artistic event like theatre. But I wouldn't force them to like it. I just would want those things to be as normal as a TV.

I won't "force" them to, but I'd encourage my kids to play sports.
