Is it bad to lurk on the social media of someone that you don't know very well or don't know at all?

I have a problem with it. I've been trying to wean myself off of it, but it's a lot harder than I expected.

Anyone else do this too? Doesn't everybody lurk?

Yes! I stalk everybody. And I don't even have social media accounts

Lurking is ok. Liking things from like 1+ months ago starts to become creepy.

everyone does it and as long as it's not taken too far it doesn't harm anyone, so it's fine

also everyone lurks.. idk anyone who doesn't. it starts to get creepy when you're checking up on them every few hours and saving their pics and stuff I guess

It depends on what your intentions are.

I don't do it because I don't have the obvious lurking sites (Instagram and Facebook) and only two people in real life know my Twitter account. You can't lurk on Snapchat.

I don't see what's wrong with it, like if you have a crush on the person. I find it kind of complimentary lol, it's cute. But other than that... like if it's your ex or something that's doing you NO good.

I lurk the same 20 people on Instagram several times a day.
