Thank you all for your responses. Overall, I would just like to see a Democratic in office. I ain't here for another Bush mess.
I'm pretty confident a Democrat will win it in November. The Republican party are in shambles. If they elect one of the top two candidates, they lose in GE and if they pick another candidate at the convention, they'll lose a boat load of supporters. They're in a lose-lose situation right now.
There's more to be optimistic about on the left side. It may not feel that way with the primary season in full swing, but after the convention, it's unity and onward.
She was forced into defending her client. She tried to be removed from the case, but the state in which it was in, only the judge can pardon you from a case, and the judge denied her that. It was an awful situation on either end. Hillary clearly feels awful about it when you actually read the details of it. There is a lot up in the air about it, but lawyers are required to defend their client to the best of their ability. I don't think her approach was called for. But, you can lose your law license for sabotaging a client's case.
The article I read on it said there are tapes where she's actually laughing when talking about the case. Are those lies, or?
Dig up dirt? The Republicans have been after Hillary for over 25 years now. She's well vetted, you don't have to worry about that. Fact is, Bernie hasn't even been touched by the right because they recognize Hillary as the leading candidate in the Democratic Party.
Bernie has plenty of back history to call into question. He's been in congress over 25 years. Like his votes below.
Bernie has plenty of stuff out there, but it isn't put in the spotlight for everyone to see. That's what the GOP will do if he was the front-runner for the Democratic Party or if he was the nominee. Don't be naive, every politician with a voting record and a mouthpiece in the media has things in the past that they wish they can take back. Bernard is no different. Hillary is being vetted on both sides, Bernie is barely getting vetted by Hillary and basically the GOP treats him like Casper the friendly ghost.
That link said he voted Yae for the Child Abduction Prevention Act.

It's an overblown claim. She did laugh in an interview where she talked about it. But, she briefly laughed when she said that her client passed a polygraph test and that it "forever destroyed [her] faith in polygraph tests (laughs)." I personally don't think that's disrespectful or shady. She was laughing at the accused rapist, not the child.
Also, it sounds like most of the laughter is from the man she's speaking to.
There is so much more out there. Like his previous record on being a proud COPS program pusher. His own site years ago touted him as, "BERNIE SANDERS' STRONG RECORD OF SUPPORTING
All that support for tough on crime legislation with heavy policing, yet he has yet to be vetted about it or have those votes called into question. Instead, we have Hillary who gets the brunt of those criticism from people. It's a never ending double standard out there.
25 years in congress, there is no way you escape untarnished, even with the most well-intentioned votes, things don't turn out as you hope it would. As a result, you get criticized and held to a standard of being held accountable for allowing it. We've seen it with Hillary with the Iraq War vote, the Trade Deals, and so on. Bernie is no different. You just have to dig for the info.

Ridiculous how Hillary is the one who gets all of the **** for this though!
This is another reason why I think it's safer with her as the nominee. For decades she got ******* on by republicans and the public knows it. Her numbers are already affected by it so I think she can win. Bernie's numbers aren't affected by it so who knows how bad it can possibly get once this info gets out if he wins the nomination.

The republicans play dirty
I mean, his favorability numbers are already starting to fall even though Hillary has done very little attacking. The Republicans would have a party with this dude. They get off on this kinda stuff
