There was a girl in the 8th grade who nobody liked. She was made fun of constantly by virtually everyone, and they'd say really cruel things to her. Granted she was a little overbearing at times, and she tried to brush it off with humor, but you could tell it really hurt her emotionally. She'd sit by me in art class because nobody else wanted to be by her.
Later in the school year she was diagnosed with brain cancer and was given so many months to live. Suddenly everyone changed their tune and tried to be her friend, mostly out of pity for her condition. I remember being somewhat upset that it took a bout of terminal cancer for people to realize how they were treating her wasn't okay.
Bullying in general got a whole lot better after that. She ended up dying about 1.5 to 2 years later.
Like 99.99% of other teenagers, I was both. Bullying is cyclical. Kids are cruel. It's not as "victim vs. perpetrator" as it seems. Sure, there's the few kids who get it from everyone. But every kid will be like "I was bullied" at some point because kids are arseholes.
most SJWs were bullied that is why they are obsessed with playing the victim or relating to victim mentality. but they're not actual victims, just weak people without the looks, personality, money or balls to stand up for themselves.
