I think he'd have much higher sales if he released earlier. It seems like he's been sleeping on the release of the actual album and cares more about the content (hence releasing song after song). He's been dragging out the album out for a while now in light of releasing droves new songs, which imo killed a lot of the excitement for the album. People at this point are just waiting for a new song and not an album.

I still feel like Aubrey can still do 1M...if not in the states, then WW at least.

It really deserves it, but I feel like she:

a) should have waited until August/September to release it, since it has a gorgeous, hazy summer evening vibe to it, when you've had a little bit of alcohol and you feel lazy and in your feelings. And one single at a time is always the best idea.

b) should have shot a better video. Come on Rih. She usually serves incredible visuals, and for a song as good as this, that is allegedly one of her favourites on the album/that she has ever made, I'm surprised she didn't make something better.
