Drake is going to come close to 1 million.

Not sure what you mean. Her fans loved the last two albums. You may be right with the public not receiving 4 as well, but it seems more appreciated now than it used to be. As for ST, there's nothing but positive hype surrounding it generally.
I do think her #s will decline, though, so I agree with that. The novelty of her release strategy is gone now. I still think she will do well enough it won't be called a "flop".
Also, if she releases the first day of the charting week, she may outdo ST's 1st week. MAYBE. But then again, maybe she'll do IA...SF type #s with 450-500K. Her #s are kind of up in the air and unpredictable, as we've witnessed. It probably just won't have as much (*initial*) longevity, since it's not the holidays like with ST, and I am guessing her album is gonna be politically/racially charged and thus polarizing, especially to white people.
Drake would/will definitely outdo her 1st week, and I imagine he'll increase from NWTS's 658K in 2013. I mean, IYRTITL did over 500K with no backing just last February, and since then he's had hit after hit. I imagine he'll pass 750K, at least. I don't think Bey will do quite that much.
