dumblonde Is Almost Done With Their Sophomore Album
It’s been less than a year since dumblonde dropped their self-titled independent debut album, but it’s on to the next for former Danity Kane songbirds Aubrey O’Day and Shannon Bex.
In promotion for her appearance on E!’s “Famously Single,” which is where she met her current bae Pauly D (Yes, we’re talking about THAT Pauly from MTV’s “Jersey Shore”), AOD shared some insight on what she and Shannon are cooking for the next chapter of dumblonde. “We’re actually on our sophomore album right now. We’re in the studio finishing it up,” O’Day explained during a recent NBC press day interview. “We’re gonna take a completely different direction with this album. It’s gonna be unexpected, and we’re playing with a new sound that isn’t familiar to us.”
I'm SO ready for this. I hope they come through with it in the summer, or at least give us a single this time around (?!) Their last album was perfection.
