There are actually two versions of this song, One in Mandarin and another in Korean. Regardless of the version, what made me love the song is the catchy beat matched with breath-taking choreography. I'm not a dancer myself but the song and video made me wanna pursue dancing as a career  That's how infectious this song is. Do I understand any of the lyrics? Why of course I do, I speak Mandarin for those who don't know And FTR, it's always melody > lyrics for me. With that said, it deserved the last of the 20 spots

After finishing the 35th spot last year, Lady GaGa retaliates with the same song and this time, reaches the top 20. This song was very MEH for me in the first few listens but because of heavy radio airplay, constant request, and tons of live performances, this song grew on me. It doesn't get old fast and the lyrics are so easy to follow. This is one of the few songs blocking Bad Romance from getting in to the top 20. Blame it on Poker Face Muh-muh-muh-mwa!!

After being blocked by Madonna by an excruciating four straight weeks from reaching the top spot in my countdown, Paramore makes it to #18 making it their highest entry ever in my Year End list (previously was Decode at #47). I simply LOVE the melody in this song. Hayley's voice is one thing but the way her band plays the beat is FIERCE!! This song may not be my new best friend but it's definitely a better friend lmao. You're not a judge but if you're gonna judge me.... DON'T cause you know we're not the same

The irony Madonna blocks Paramore once again!! eteru probably wants to kill someone right now lmao. Anyway, I love the remix of the song and the music video with his current....? boyfriend is definitely HOT! In addition, her daughter dancing in the video made me drop my jaw  (eventhough it was a mere 2 secs lol) Although it's good at first listen, it died as fast as it grew on me. Yet again, it grew back although not as addictive as before, it's enough to make it to the top 20.

Were people expecting this to be my top ten? Not this time. As much as I was a Rihanna fan last year, with RIhanna having five entries in the top 20, Rihanna lands at #16 this year. Released in late November, this grew very fast on me as it tries to portray a woman stuck in an abusive relationship. This song has Rihanna written all over it. She finally had a song speaking of her life and not others' unlike GGGB era. If this song was released earlier, it "may" have reached a higher position. Still a top twenty and an entry to ATRL's year end list is an achievement for her So just pull the triggah!!
