I actually think the Gaga of the ARTPOP era is my favourite and the album delivered some of both her best and weakest songs.

Yes it's fine. Bad for Gaga standards but hers are so much higher than her peers. Its better than PRISM, Unapologetic, Lotus, Britney Jean, MDNA ect
The only albums better than it by main pop girls since are BEYONCE and ANTi but they are each artists best albums so
