2 words: CELEBRITY BASHING! Right off the bat, you have Em seated on a throne, who's wearing a long blond wig and a cowboy hat (he's Bret Michaels, in case you couldn't tell), asking for the chorus, which is then crooned by a voluptuous Jessica Simpson-like dancer in tight denim shorts and a ruffled red top. Moments later, as if there was any doubt before, Em comes out in a Dallas Cowboys uniform, looking like Tony Romo and doing a nasty dance behind the faux Jessica. All the while, in a kind of rogues gallery green room, Em does his best preening Michaels, dangling a rose with a backstage pass on it in front of a line of rock star wannabes that includes impersonators of Sarah Palin, Samantha Ronson, Lindsay Lohan and a dentally challenged Amy Winehouse. Good Job Joseph Kahn!
Shakira's always been sexy, but lately we're starting to wonder if she's taking something blue and diamond-shaped with her morning cup of Colombian Java. First there was 'She Wolf' and that video; now comes 'Did It Again', a track with a fruity promo clip - she literally pounces on her prey, several times over - and equally fruity subject matter. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE VIDEO IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT AMAZING CHOREOGRAPHY!
Rihanna continues cranking the videos out for her album Rated R. "Hard" was directed by Melina Matsukas (Just Dance, Beautiful Dirty Rich). The video shows a Rihanna wearing an outfit that she took from Lady GaGa´s closet while she is walking in the desert with a shower of granades exploding. Definitely one of her best videos to date.
The video is by turns brilliant and disappointing. Im disappointed becauze she reprises the two-backing-dancers format from Single Ladies, but most of the action takes place in a strange desert dreamscape. This is brilliant and she totally looks so glamorous in the the video. Personally the part with the mirrors and the shattered glasses is my favorite, I love that scene so much
This time miss Katy Perry is not kissing any girl, This video is so fun and caters to the lyrics really well. I love Katy Perry for being so different from everyone else. She has her own style and does things how she likes them dont. She has such a sexy throwback look and it works for her in all her videos. Joseph Kahn again proving that he is the best director EVER! I really love the concept of the video, lesson learned right Katy?
