-Janet gave a vague statement about the tour without saying whether she's canceling or when she's returning.
-Fans know that if she's expecting a kid she will be out for at least 2 years so naturally they want their money back.
-The venues she booked are saying they haven't gotten any statement whether the tour is canceled or if it will resume later leaving fans in the limbo.
-Ticket Master sent ticket holders an email saying that until they get a confirmation from Live Nation or Janet's team that the tour has been canceled they are treating it as "postponed or rescheduled" SO NO REFUNDS.

Sounds like it will come, just waiting on official confirmation. I really am not familiar with Janet at all so I say this impartially - you never quite know what's happening behind closed doors when these announcements sound "messy", the red tape around these things is crazy. There's seldom someone sitting an office somewhere saying "you know what would be a great idea? Janet cancelling her money and us NOT refunding! lol xD".

I really need to check out the terms and conditions whenever I buy now, because the prevalence of stars cancelling dates or scrapping packages without refunds is alarmingly high.

I got mine after 3 weeks. Refunds take time. Sadly we don't live in a world where refunds come back into our account as quickly as the money goes out. I'm sure once they know it's over, they'll start giving refunds. I wish people would stop jumping the gun.
